What is an aerogramme?
An aerogramme is a single sheet of lightweight paper that folds into its own envelope — no separate envelope needed. Originally designed for international airmail, it's one of the most elegant ways to send a letter abroad. Ours are printed, stamped, and posted from France.
How do I send a personalized letter online?
Just message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the recipient's name and address, what you'd like to write, and we take care of printing, stamping, and mailing your letter. The whole process takes about 2 minutes on your end.
How much does it cost to send a letter internationally?
Each aerogramme costs €6.90 — that includes the letter, the stamp, and worldwide shipping. No surcharges for distant countries. You pay via a secure Stripe link we send on WhatsApp.
How long does international mail delivery take?
We post your letter within 24 hours of your order. From there: France takes 3–5 days, Europe about a week, and the rest of the world 7–14 days depending on the destination.
Can I send a letter to any country?
Yes. We ship to every country served by La Poste international mail — that covers virtually the entire world. We've sent letters to Japan, Brazil, Senegal, Australia, Canada, India, and dozens more.
What languages can I write my letter in?
Any language you want. Our bot supports French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, and more. Just write your message naturally — we print it as-is on the aerogramme.
Can I choose the stamp?
No. Every aerogramme is sent with a standard French stamp from La Poste. We don't offer custom or personalised stamps. What you do personalise is the message, the font, and who receives it.
Is this a handwritten letter service?
You choose between two fonts: a classic typewriter style or a handwritten style. It's printed on real paper with a real stamp and mailed through the actual postal system. It lands in a mailbox, not an inbox.
How does the WhatsApp ordering process work?
You message us on WhatsApp, our bot guides you step by step: recipient name, address, your message, and payment. The whole conversation takes about 2 minutes. No account needed, no app to download.
Can I send multiple letters at once?
Absolutely. Some people send a batch for birthdays, holidays, or thank-you notes. Each letter gets its own stamp and its own trip to the post office. Volume discounts available for 10+ letters.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for all payments — the same platform used by Amazon, Google, and Shopify. Your card details never touch our servers. You receive a secure checkout link directly on WhatsApp.
